Lately I’ve been jazzing up furniture with a fun pattern stencil on top. I painted this coffee table with leftover chalk paint from my kitchen cabinets redo. It is CeCe Caldwell Chalk+Clay Paint in Simply White. Even after sanding it down and distressing it, it was still lacking the charm I was looking for. I used a wall stencil to paint the top! The khaki color on the top is leftover paint from our bedroom– Glidden Brilliance Collection in Grand Canyon Tan.
Are you interested in doing something similar? Pin it now so you’ll have it later! I didn’t find the exact stencil pictured, but here are some similar ones! I’m considering using this one on a DIY rug for our living room- what do you think?

I love these modern stencils because they are HUGE. You don’t have to constantly reposition the stencil. Although designed for walls, they can also be used for floors, fabric, furniture, lamps, etc! Before this, I had taped off the chevron pattern to paint. This is SO much easier.
Does this look familiar? You may have noticed this funky piece in my Flea Market Style post. This desk/vanity is currently in our Blonde Moments booth for $65. Using the same pattern stencil, I added a pop of color!
