Holly Jolly

This really truly is the most wonderful time of the year.

(We had our first mini-snow in Arkansas last night.  So exciting!)

Here is what Christmas looks like at my house so far:

The deco mesh wreath I made for my door

 (inspiration from one of my oh-so-talented fellow teacher friends!)

But this wreath would look ten times better on my actual front door (below!)

Unfortunately, that door hasn’t been capable of opening since I moved in…

 so I settled for hanging it on my side door.

This is the first time I’ve been able to decorate a FIREPLACE.  Last year my apartment was incredibly tiny so my house this year feels so BIG to decorate!  This is the beginning of my mantle decor.  So in love with my brand spanking new giant Christmas lights!  But it needs something else above it… a horizontal mirror?  A vinyl word on the wall?  What do you think???
